FC3: WEP doesn't work with Cisco Aironet 350

I've talked to Javier Achirica, one of the maintainers of the aironet 
drivers...

Apparently iwconfig and the driver no longer know how to talk to each 
other, esp regarding the encryption mode (needs to be restricted aka 'encrypt')

Interim solution:
echo "WEP: encrypt" > /proc/driver/aironet/eth1/Config

after the WEP key and channel and everything else are set.
The channel isn't getting set automatically either anymore, but iwconfig 
seems to be able to set it manually.

I don't know if this needs to be fixed in the driver or in iwconfig or what.
