Newbie question - sharing files on dual-boot XP and FC3

I haven't tried Crossover Office.  Hmm.  I'll have to look into that. 
Does Adobe Acrobat work well under Wine or CO?  Or is there another tool
in Linux for building complex PDF documents, including annotations and
edis?
