I agree with this assessment.  Tenants should not be able to see each
other for the reasons above, but also because all of the tenants are
independent businesses.  They shouldn't be sitting on a flat network.

I've already run nmap and found what some of these tenants have running.
One apparently has a Linux server with everything under the sun enabled.
Can't be good.  The others have a mix of Windows machines.  One infected
machine and the entire business centre is going to suffer, including me
(in more ways than one).
