Never saw this before -- did you try to google for this error message?
Will do it later today. For now please try to add the option 

Option "UseInternalAGPGART" "no"

to the device section where the line Driver "fglrx" is located. (for
more info see Section "2.2. AGP support" in
http://xoomer.virgilio.it/flavio.stanchina/debian/fglrx-installer.html
also ).
