unsigned package + yum + gnome-libs

Hi

I am trying to install perl-Video-DVDRip using Yum

the repo is:

[freshrpms]
name=FreshRPMs
mirrorlist=http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/$releasever/mirrors-freshrpms
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1

I have installed the GPG key.

The install is failing with the following:

Downloading Packages:
unsigned 
package //var/cache/yum/development/packages/gnome-libs-1.4.1.2.90-45.i386.rpm


This happens even without gpgcheck=1

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
