Unfortunately no. 

Fedora.us provides crippled apt-repositories for Core, Updates and
Extras only. They provide RPMS apt repositories only, but are missing
all SRPMS repositories.

To work around this issue, I am mirroring Core, Updates and Pre-Extras
from mirrors and build complete local apt-repositories.
