FC3, Apache, and Front Page

For static stuff, Apache doesn't really care which program created the pages.
For more advanced stuff, there's the frontpage extentions for Apache.

Btw, I'd recomend running the pages through HTML tidy, since Frontpage creates 
some quite rough code.
