Ranish Partition Manager is a freeware alternative to Partition Magic. 
Although I've never used it (back in my Windows days I used Partition Magic), 
I've seen a number of favorable comments about Ranish on various Windows

And an additional note to the OP: Before doing any partitioning or formatting 
operations, be sure to backup all that needs backing up. One of the 
corollaries to Murphy's Law is that you will only need a backup if you didn't 
make one.
