Hauppage Nova-T PCI with Conexant CX8800 Chip ( 9002 )

I have searched for above card on list with no hits.   I am using the 
kernel-2.6.10-1.753_FC3 but the
all-2.6.10 patch doesn't install cleanly. Has anyone had any success with 
this card and FC3 if so
appreciate any help.
