Problem installing plugin

Untar the installer:
tar zxf flash-installer-blah-blah.tar.gz (use [TAB] autocompletion for 
this!!)
change to the directory:
cd flash-installer-blah-blah (again use [TA] autocomlpetion)
install:
su
pasword:
./flash-installer

Follow the prompts and when asked, just supply the firefox's install dir 
(/usr/lib/firefox-1.0/)
