Major Security Flaw with apache on FC3 - A HOAX ?

 This must  be some kind of a hoax. I've just tested
the said php filemanager on FC3 :-

1. The  error mentioned are unrerpoducible.

2. The "shell" funtion on the script does not work 
for obvious reasons

3. You are  calling yourself "Fedora List" and
postiing to the "Fedora-List". I dont think its April
Fools day anywhere in the world, even if you are using
a Chinese calendar.
