Why was exim removed?

Well, thanks for the help Marc.

I do wonder though; postfix is in there and so is sendmail, but not  
Exim, when it's smaller and lighter and has more features than both  
of them combined - and fully (well, 99%) compatible to sendmail's  
command line switches. One would have thought Exim would replace both  
of those.

Oh, well, I guess its better than it being dropped completely.
