File /etc/etc/yum.conf should contain *only*
[main]
cachedir=/var/cache/yum
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log
pkgpolicy=newest
distroverpkg=redhat-release
tolerant=1
exactarch=1
retries=20
obsoletes=1
gpgcheck=1
# PUT YOUR REPOS HERE OR IN separate files named file.repo
# in /etc/yum.repos.d
Directory /etc/yum.repos.d should contain
fedora-extras-devel.repo
fedora.repo
fedora-updates-testing.repo
fedora-devel.repo
fedora-extras.repo
fedora-updates.repo
All of those files except fedora-devel.repo should have a gpgkey=...
line.
If you've upgraded the system rather than freshly installed it, you may
have .rpmnew files in /etc/yum.repos.d - those are the "new" files from
FC4.
