Thats a bit astonishing and I think not fitting for wget of FC releases.
Even my legacy FC2 shows

$ rpm -q wget --changelog
* Sa Okt 23 2004 Karsten Hopp <karsten at redhat.de> 1.9.1-16.fc2
 
- build LFS version for FC2
