Is the HP PSC 1315 not recognized by FC4?

I'm participating of the HPLIP forums but without success to solve the 
problem there.

I have reinstalled the FC4 from the zero and the problem continues.

Have you installed the FC4 from the zero or upgraded from another 
version of Fedora, please?

My PSC 1315 uses USB to communicate with the computer.

What's the outputs of the commands lsusb and lspci, please?
