Installing FC4 from iso images

Another benefit of using the DVD ISO (apart from being able to use it
for NFS, HTTP, and FTP installs as Ian indicates) is that it's very easy
to use it build a local yum repo for [base], which is very handy when
you want to install some software that you didn't install at
install/upgrade time.
