mdadm RAID0 -> RAID1

What I really wanted to do to fix this was RAID 0+1 (sometimes called
RAID 10) but reading the manpage on mdadm that doesn't look possible so
I guess I can just move the partitions to another disk and then back
using the recovery CD.
