FC3 kernel 2.6.12-1.1372 & cisco vpn client

I used yum update the kernel to 2.6.12.1372 but did find the 
kernel-devel package. where to get this kernel-devel package. I tried to 
update vmware using vmware-any-any-update90. But it can't find the C 
header files?
