Rpmbuild Precedence Problem

What did I screw up to achieve this remarkable result? Both of these are
custom RPMs. I know that I can override with --oldpackage but I'd prefer
to correct my error.  

        "package postfix-2.2.4-1.FC4 (which is newer than
        postfix-2.2.5-3.FC4) is already installed"
