Apple Cinema Display 23" and no image

I am using a 20" Apple Cinema Display without problems. I am running it
of a Nvidia card (6600GT). It works with both the binary Nvidia driver
and the Xorg driver. Do you get a bios screen when booting the PC? I've
read that ATI cards have/had problems with Cinema Displays.

For FC3 I had to create a manual modeline, FC4 worked out of the box
(after reporting a bug for FC3).
