FC4 Samba and SWAT

Well, you have to actually enable it too.  After you install it, use
your favorite editor on /etc/xinetd.d/swat and change "disable = yes"
to "disable = no" then run "/sbin/service xinetd reload" as root.
Then you can point your browser at localhost:901.
