i'm still concerned that the kdemultimedia package at kde-redhat has a
number of additional dependencies compared to the one at the fedora
repo (like "lame," for instance).  doesn't this have the potential to
cause problems once you start mixing repos?

man, i'm starting to regret having started this. :-P
