1.  download the ndiswrapper file.
2.  untar with tar zxvf <ndiswrapper file>
3.  make and make install
4.  You need the .inf and .sys for your card
5.  ndiswrapper -i <inffile>
6.  modprobe ndiswrapper
7.  at this point you should see your card under iwconfig
