Users acces to mounted NTFS

Hi all,

 

I mounted my NTFS to /media/winxp directory, but when I logged in as a
normal user, didn't have permission to access.

Please can anyone explain to me how to make it accessible for users, and
please what's the best command to mount ntfs.
