I'm happy to report no SELinux errors after the latest update.

kernel 2.6.11-1.35_FC3
libselinux-1.19.1-8
libselinux-devel-1.19.1-8
selinux-policy-targeted-1.17.30-3.15
selinux-policy-targeted-sources-1.17.30-3.15

work without error on my Pentium M laptop.  No more SELinux related 
errors or kernel hangs.
