Boot cd needed to install Fedora 4

Hello,

I have downloaded the iso from the mirrors on Fedora, but I need a
bootable cd.
When I have created the cds as an iso cd, the bootfiles were apparently
not created.
What can I best do to install Fedora 4 and get it booted by cd?
