Turck MMCache/PHP Wiki

Is anyone using Turck MMCache w/ FC3/4? Is it now deprecated or still
worth installing for a PHP wiki? I ask because the code hasn't changed
in years.

In other words, will my wiki get wacky with or without it?

How beneficial is it for php forms?
