FTP Server Config on Fedora Core 2

Hi,

Need a little help with ftp server settings on Fedora Core 2.

I have a web directory with over 2000 files within it - when viewed via
ftp only 2000 files are listed. All files are listed fine using shell
access.

How can this limit be changed?
