Problem installing FC4 PPC on Mac Mini

I'm having a problem getting FC4 to install on a Mac Mini.  The 
installation finishes, and I reboot.  I hold the mouse button down to 
eject the CD.  After that, I just get the flashing "looking for a boot 
folder" mac graphic.  If I don't eject the disc then the installer just 
starts again.

Am I missing a step here?
