MySQL update problems -- FIXED

I think I got the problem resolved by installing from RPM's that I got
from MYSQL, I would still like to know why it trys to update the ENTIRE
development repo instead of just the package that I selected -- this
behavior occurs in both command line yum and in YUMEX
