Have you checked to see if this is a known OpenOffice.org bug?

Perhaps a more recent RPM package from OpenOffice.org will fix it.

Failing that, try falling back to 1.1.4 and see if that fixes it. I
run 1.1.4 and 1.1.109 together on two FC3 machines here, and have no
problems.
