Not a fair comparison. If he took his new Civic to the dealer to get a

windshield fixed, and it came back with a groaning transmission which
frequently slipped out of gear, that might be a more apt comparison.

Now, as it turns out, I don't like his tone one bit. But I think his gripes
are legitimate.
