After FC3 to FC4 upgrade, KDE/K3b version mismatch

It's a mismatch between k3b and Qt. k3b-0.11.23-3 and qt-3.3.4-14 are the
versions that come with FC4. You should not have a KDE versiopm newer than
3.4.1-0.fc4.1 which is an official Fedora Core update for FC4.
