FC4: How do I install ndiswrapper?

This would probably work (from the /usr/src/redhat directory):
# rpmbuild -bp --target=i686 SPECS/kernel-2.6.spec

But as others have pointed out, the full kernel source shouldn't be
necessary and installing the kernel-devel package should suffice.
