You may want to consider using Centos.  It is a fedora/RHEL like OS
built from the same packages that RH releases.  It is currently
equivalent to FC3 and as such should be fairly stable.  You will also be
able to get updates for a longer period of time than you will with FC.

Fedora, particularly new releases, are used to sort out new packages and
other changes to the OS.  If you don't like to work through problems and
file bug reports then you should stay at lease one release behind the
latest or use something like Centos.
