X3270 fonts FC4 and Extras

I installed the x3270 packages on FC4 from
extras and noticed that the 3270 fonts which were 
loaded were gzipped files  of size 20 bytes.  They
were effectively empty. I got around the problem by
sftp'ing the fonts over from a RH9 machine and
rerunning  mkfontdir.

Since x3270 has been moved to "extras", do I still open
a bug report in bugzilla as I would for base packages?

The fonts in question are in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc
and start with 3270  (ls -l 3270*).
