tcl and tk location on FC4

I have tcl and tk installed on my system, which I can verify by typing 
the following:

[root at localhost linuxwacom-0.6.8]# rpm -q tcl tk tcl-8.4.9-3
tcl-8.4.9-3
tk-8.4.9-3

But I can't figure out where they are isntalled. I am trying to run a 
./configure command which requires I specify the location of tcl and tk. 
It failed when it tried to automatically locate them.
Where are they on Fedora Core 4?
