nfs-utils Spec File: Incomplete ChangeLog

I had a couple of problems (on the client side) with NFS this morning.
I'm not complaining but note that the change log in the spec file stops
at the prior version (1.07-9) rather than 1.07-10 which was released
yesterday. Any meaning to that?
