FC4 updates testing for x86_64 - broken dependencies

Hi,

updating FC4 fro updates-testing has been failing for some days because
apr-devel depends on gcc-4.0.0 and needs to be rebuilt.

Error: Missing Dependency: gcc = 4.0.0 is needed by package apr-devel
