I just need it for 10 minutes to work and than I'll shut it down. But if I 
can't get anonymous to work, what's the guarantee that a new user will ?

Yes, of course.
I enabled options like :
anonymous_enable=YES
local_enable=YES
anon_upload_enable=yes
anon_mkdir_write_enable=yes
anon_other_write_enable=yes
no_anon_password=yes

But still no upload possible.
Perhaps it's a problem with my client......
