now KDE packages can't be updated via "yum"

Whilst this is mentioned in the kde-redhat FC4 announcement 
(http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=484449), it's not 
mentioned at http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/ where yum configuration 
information can be found; perhaps it should be?
