Thanks for the links.  However, unfortunately, they are not too usefull. 
  Only handfull of PHP modules that I need are readily available in 
those (and some other) repositories.  So, back to my original question. 
  What to do when I need to build my own modules?  Recompile entire PHP 
SRPM (time consuming)?  Or is there a better way?  What about 
dependecies?  Do my modules need to depend on exact version (=), or can 
I simply specify minimum version (>=)?
