Evolution 2.0.4 and FC3

Running against Exchange 2003, the GAL appears not to work.  Looks like
this bug:

If I use user at domain, GAL will not work, calendars do work.

If I switch to domain\user, neither the GAL nor the calendars work.

This was supposedly fixed in 2.0.2.  Can anyone running 2.0.4 and FC3
confirm this?  Perhaps the fix didn't get into the Fedora package.
