Installation fails

Greetings

I tried to install Fedora on a HP Pavilion zv6000 (AMD64 / ATI Radeon 
Xpress 200M) but installation fails either
with FC3 and FC4-test3 for amd64.
After startup and devices listing, installation prompt the following 
message:

ide: failed opcode was: unknown
hdc: DMA disabled
Kernel panic - not syncing: drivers/ide/pci/atiixp.c:129: 
spin_lock(drivers/ide/ide.c:ffffffff804b6b00) already locked by 
drivers/ide/ide-iops.c/1235. (Not tainted)

and a call trace.

Anyone have any idea what is going on and what i can do to correct the 
problem?
