No dual boot for FC4! Photo management software suggestion please

Did you try gThumb? It comes with FC4 and allows you to store names of
places and other data and search for it. F-Spot looks good too - you may
install it from Dag's repository, but the dependencies are broken, so
you will need to find some required packages manually.
