No dual boot for FC4! Photo management software suggestion please

Have you looked into KDE photo apps?  They have several that deal with
photo organisation and tag editing:

 http://www.kde-apps.org/ (look under 'Graphic')

I believe the best is digikam (with the plugins installed) but there
are several packages for you to try.
