FC3->FC4: packages added or removed (or moved to extras)

I made a quick script in python which uses rpm-python calls to do
comparision between two sets of directory trees -- in this case, fc3 SRPMS +
fc3 updates SRPMS vs. fc4 SRPMS. I plan on cleaning it up and posting it;
maybe getting it in Extras.

Your other questions I have no answers for. :)
