FC3->FC4: packages added or removed (or moved to extras)

It is intended to shrink the size of the Core and to transfer packages
to Extras. So Cyrus-IMAPd moved to Extras as the default IMAP/POP3
server is dovecot and in the Core.

This can't be answered absolutely, it depends on the packages you
installed which are not Core or Extras. If you have a clean FC3 (Core
and Extras only) there should be left over nothing as package version
degrade are covered by epoch upgrades.
When upgrading via yum make sure you have the Fedora Extras repo
enabled.
