Hi. I get this error when installing C4:

RAMDISK: couldn't find valid ramdisk image starting at 0.
...
Warning: unable to open an initial console.
Kernel panic - Not syncing: no init found. Try passing init= option to
kernel.

What am I doing wrong?

-----------------------------------
(I am working on this environment:)
Boot line:
boot: linux mem=512M root=/dev/hda

I use root=/dev/hda cause if dont, I get
"Please append a correct "root=" option" and a panic

I use mem=512M (I have 1 Gb) or I get
Kernel panic - not syncing: attempted to kill init!
and a lot of codes and addresses.

I Have a Ati Radeon 7200, Intel motherboard, P4(3.0GHz), 160Gb IDE, 1Gb
Ram
