FC4: Missing text consoles

I can confirm the blank virtual terminals once the GUI is started. I 
upgraded a Dell w/ the 82865 video today. At least X seems to be working 
well.
There is a bug submitted with the alias green-border which probably 
relates to the blank VT, blue border, wrapping text and discolored text.
I didn't try the patch (Actually replacing binaries of one X verion with 
the binaries from an FC3 version)

There is a bug report for FC4. I added a "me too"  and added myself to 
the CC.
